Agile is by no means new in the world of Information Technology, but many public sector organizations are just starting to jump on the bandwagon. In this article, we share our lessons learned with implementing Agile on software development projects, by using the improve/stop/keep/celebrate model often using in Scrum sprint retrospectives.
