We have Scrum and Prosci certified staff, as well as staff accepted into the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Thought Leadership Team (TLT).

“Make sure your teams are working well together, both externally and internally, so that they are not afraid to raise their hand and ask questions, to raise concerns, and also to help each other for that team cohesion.”

Senior Project Manager and Director at Treinen, Neil Smith, reflects back on his 30 years as a PM and how that experience has enabled him to support his team and be an effective leader.

TEAM-FOCUSED

Treinen’s core value is teamwork – internally with each other and externally by teaming with our clients.

Our consultants support each other. We learn from each experience and share our lessons learned to grow our collective knowledge and bring best practices to our clients.

When a client selects Treinen to partner with them in their endeavors, they are not only gaining the experience of the named consultants, but the experience and backing of the entire firm.
